When I take photos at markets, eating there is of course included, there are numerous stalls, small, the cooks bring the finished food to the stall, as a visitor you can choose between different dishes. I have so far spared myself the much-loved ceviche in these places, but with rice and pieces of beef it can obviously also go wrong. This gave me a day in the hotel today and mostly in bed. My stomach reacted with everything available to it \u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As I&#8217;ve also been suffering from a cold for three days now, I&#8217;m a bit under the weather, so inhaling has become a regular activity again (Edgar, I salute you!). But I also think that my body has had to work harder than usual over the last two days. The muscles seem to be more vulnerable at altitude than at our altitude.<br>But then, even in this situation, wonderful things happen again. I met the night watchman in the hotel kitchen and he gave me some advice against colds: put a folded sheet of paper in your socks, move around normally, I can sleep with it and I&#8217;ll feel better tomorrow.
