After the post from day 13, I left the hotel to eat, first at a street vendor and then at a restaurant I hadn’t seen before. At the street vendor, I ate something I didn’t know what it was, as is almost always the case. Lots of people were eating there, nice-looking little balls… They tasted a bit like the balls we made ourselves in Phong Dien, made from pig ears and snouts. I used my image translation program and received the vague information that it was supposed to be something to do with frogs. Well, after being so enthusiastic about my health yesterday, the tide turned for me last night. Who knows what the frog had eaten before…?
In any case, I spent a night in the hospital.

After being discharged, I went straight to a very nice hotel on the mountain nearby, where I am now relaxing. What’s more, my boyfriend is coming to join me tomorrow. From now on, the trip will take on a slightly different character.
